Timesheets are saved by the name you give them so you can recalculate the same one. The app does not send your session data anywhere else.

No. It adds GST at 10% only if you mark yourself as GST-registered. If you are not registered, it shows the amount without GST.
Can it round my hours to the nearest quarter hour?
No. It computes exact billable hours from your start and end times, so there is no rounding to the nearest quarter hour.
